1. Sign up & add your pond in 60 seconds
- • Open Pond Care from any browser (or install our PWA on your phone) and sign in with your Indian mobile number + a 4-digit OTP.
- • Add your first pond: name it, pick the pond type (Earthen / RAS / Cage / Bioflock / Semi-RAS), farming system and species.
- • Already mid-crop? Tap Mid-cycle OK and back-date your stocking — DOC, biomass and stage badges auto-tune instantly.
2. Log daily observations
- • Every morning at the bucket check, spend 2 minutes tapping in: water colour, DO, salinity, feed given, mortality count, weather.
- • In a hurry? Use the Voice Log — just say “pH 7.8, temp 28” and the app fills the fields for you.
- • Skip a field? The AI works with partial data. Offline? Logs queue and sync when you're back on 2G.
3. AI Disease Triangle scans your pond
- • The Disease Triangle engine maps host (species/stocking density), pathogen (recent regional outbreaks) and environment (your logs) in real time.
- • 50+ shrimp and fish diseases are matched against the risk profile — you get an overall risk score out of 100 with the top concerns flagged.
- • When risk crosses the amber threshold, a real VCI-licensed Fish Vet is auto-notified to review.
4. A real Vet signs off the advisory
- • Every vet-issued prescription is logged in your Clinical Dossier — traced across FC visits, lab (PC) reports, behaviour and AI-Vision findings.
- • Approved / corrected advisories reach you as a WhatsApp + in-app push with a clear action plan (dosage, product, timing).
- • Export the full prescription history as a PDF for your records — rejected advisories stay free of charge.
5. Order at your farm gate
- • Need probiotics, feed additives or health products? The Pond Pharmacy lets you order manufacturer-priced SKUs, filtered by Host / Parasite / Environment.
- • The nearest warehouse dispatches within 24 hours. A Delivery Assistant brings the goods to your farm gate.
- • Pay by UPI, R-Wallet or COD. Every order carries a GST invoice you can download for your CA.
6. Sell your harvest transparently
- • When biomass is right, list your harvest on the Pond Care marketplace — Pond Care handles invoicing + E-Way Bill while the trade stays between you and the buyer.
- • Vetted buyers (restaurants, exporters, processors) quote directly. You accept the best price — only a tier-based platform fee applies.
